چکیده
Maintenance of equilibrium is influenced by postural symmetry and deviations such as a forward head. An exercise program involving an effect self-joint mobilization was developed to address spinal curvature; however, its on stability still unclear. The purpose this study what extent the self-mobilization would influence sway while standing still. Exercise group (n = 16) performed lying supine cylinder-shaped tube (98 cm length, 15 diameter), consisting three warm-up positionings followed seven motions. Control laid flat surface with their legs flexed. Before immediately after respective interventions, plantar center pressure quantified subjects were eyes open closed. results show reduced in antero-posterior direction only during eyes-closed condition. Neither nor control groups showed significant change eyes-open Our findings indicate improved participant’s when visual feedback not reliable for control. may be accounted facilitated activation planterflexors dorsiflexors which are primary muscles ankle strategy Effects appear dependent, provide insight healthcare professionals incorporate programs symmetry.

The aim of this study was to find out if the special type of exercise with elastic cord can improve the level of postural stability. The exercise programme was conducted twice a week for 3 months. The participants were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The electronic balance board was used for testing of postural stability. All participants trained for 18 hours at...
